Pre-Wedding Questionnaire

Please use this form to fill out as much information as you can. The more I know in advance the better! Even though I am always on the lookout to capture every important moment, I want to be sure that I know if you have any requests, special plans, or surprises. I realize all weddings are unique so whatever you can fill out is much appreciated. :)

Bride Morning Prep

Where will you be getting ready?

Let me know your plans, what time you would like me to begin taking photos, and address. If you have an extra invitation, please keep one aside for me so that I can get detail shots (ex. with your shoes, accessories, dress, veil, flowers, and/or anything else special!)

Do you have a bridal party? If so, who is in the bridal party?

Any makeup/hair booked?

I usually like to arrive when my brides are almost ready, towards the end of hair and makeup being complete. That way I can get photos of your dress on a hanger, details, and photos of your dress being zipped up with your mom/family member/friend.

What time are you planning to leave for the ceremony/venue?

Is there anything else I should know about for morning prep?

Groom Prep

Depending on how much time we have and the schedule for the day, I may not have time to actually go to where the groom is getting ready. Let me know your guys' plan for this. Otherwise, I can easily snap a few photos of him before the ceremony starts.

Are we taking family/bridal party photos right after the first look, after your ceremony, at the venue, or the same place where we're doing bride + groom photos?

Designated Photo Helper

It's so helpful to nominate someone to help corral everyone so that we can get all of the important family and bridal party photos done quickly. Ideally, someone who knows everyone's names and is happy to shout and help me organize everyone. That way we can have as much time as possible just for bride + groom portraits. :)
