Pre-Wedding Questionnaire  

Hi! I can’t believe the big day is almost here! I hope this questionnaire is easy to fill out. If it’s too much, let’s definitely plan for a phone call asap. You hired me for 6 hours so however you want to use up that time is totally up to you, just let me know approximately what time you want me to start/end. (If you happen to need any extra hours, also let me know. I’m available to do that if needed.)

Even though I am always on the lookout to capture every important moment, I want to be sure that I know if you have any requests, special plans, or surprises. I know all weddings are unique so whatever you can fill out is much appreciated. :)
