Pre-Wedding Questionnaire  

Hi! I can’t believe the big day is almost here! I hope this questionnaire is easy to fill out. You have me for 8 hours so right now I am planning on 10:30AM-7:30PM (that’s including a break to eat dinner, preferably at the same time as you two so I can get right back to taking pictures asap). Fischer will be joining me for the day taking some video footage on our digital “super 8” camera.

Even though I am always on the lookout to capture every important moment, I want to be sure that I know if you have any requests, special plans, or surprises. I know all weddings are unique so whatever you can fill out is much appreciated. :)
