My last session of 2022 in the morning hours at Windansea beach in La Jolla. The tide was high, the fog was low, we had the beach to ourselves, and it could not have been more perfect.

Laguna Beach, a beautiful seaside town about an hour and a half drive from San Diego. I’ve done a few sessions in this little town before but have never been to this specific beach that Ayleen requested. After a quick search on google, we discovered Crescent Beach. A stunning location with palm tree lined cliffs, making a perfect backdrop. It was a perfect day for a session, and we managed to catch plenty of sun before the clouds came in right before sunset. Ayleen and Jaime are the cutest pair and made this session so much fun, we even got soaked by the high tide (I took the hit the worst, camera was safe thankfully).

Windansea Beach Family Session
Windansea beach has easily become my favorite place in San Diego for any session, but especially for families with little ones. We had the most amazing sunset and it made for the most amazing family session I’ve had to date. Here are some favorites of the Barbour family, soon to be 4! (5 including their sweet dog)

Aldemi reached out to me to gift her in-laws a family session for their anniversary. This location is one of my all time favorite local spots for sessions, especially in the warmer months. The grassy fields and trees are lush and green, golden hour just enhances how beautiful it all is. Here are some of my favorite moments of the Salcedo family.
